Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – RoyalHerbs.pk

At RoyalHerbs.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great care to ensure our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our herbal, personal care, and wellness products, we only accept returns or exchanges in limited cases:

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You received a different item than what you ordered.

  • The product is expired or tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • You provide photo or video evidence of the issue for verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.

  • Free gifts or samples.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, herbal and cosmetic products cannot be resold once opened — even if slightly used.


3. Return Process

If your return request meets the above conditions:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, call, or email within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the product back to us via courier.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our end (wrong or defective item).

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 5–7 working days.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product, and no suitable replacement is available.

  • Your order was canceled before dispatch.

  • Your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed (in case of prepaid orders).

Refunds will be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
For COD orders, refunds will only be made through these channels — cash refunds are not available.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If a confirmed COD parcel is refused at the time of delivery, future COD orders may be restricted for that customer.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within 7 working days after confirmation:

  • Check your bank or wallet account again.

  • Contact your payment provider.

  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@royalherbs.pk with your order details.
