This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation message or call from our team before your order is dispatched.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, our support team will contact you to offer an alternative or updated delivery timeline.
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery times are as follows:
Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 working days
Other Cities / Towns: 3–7 working days
Remote / Rural Areas: Up to 8–10 working days (depending on courier coverage)
Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier load, strikes, or public holidays.
Free delivery may be offered on selected orders or promotions (as mentioned on the product page or during checkout).
Standard delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please Note:
You must provide accurate contact information and address details to ensure smooth delivery.
Our courier may call you before delivery — please keep your phone active.
Refusing a confirmed COD order may result in temporary suspension of future COD privileges.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking ID and courier name.
You can use this information to track your order’s delivery status online or by contacting our customer support.
If the courier is unable to reach you, they will usually make up to two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
In such cases, please contact our support team to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will verify your claim with the courier and assist you promptly in resolving the issue.
Currently, RoyalHerbs.pk ships only within Pakistan.
We do not offer international deliveries at this time.
